Introducing The Pressure Zone this is a 2hr intergenerational workshop hosted by K.G.H and IABM to bring Black men aged 18+ together for honest conversation, reflection and connection. It creates space to consider the pressures that can shape men's lives and how those pressures can influence mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Rather than focusing on illness or delivering a traditional health presentation, the workshop takes a different approach. It starts with the lived experiences of men and creates an opportunity for different generations to listen, share perspectives and learn from one another.
